Change of Mind Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products.
We may accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping), depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in the case of a store error).
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which entitles you to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty products.
