Shipping (New Zealand only)
Thank you for shopping with Japan Cosmetics! We aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
*We do not currently ship to the Great Barrier Island and Waiheke Island areas.
Please note that courier delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.
Rural address
Please select the rural delivery options if your address is classified as rural (you can check if your address is rural here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder). If the wrong shipping method is chosen for your address your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly to file a claim in such cases.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@japancosmetics.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
