1. Remove the pack from the bag with dry hands. With the transparent film facing you, gently open the cut part with your fingers, then peel off the film.
2. Wet your nose thoroughly with water.
3. Wipe your wet hands thoroughly, then apply the smooth side to your skin and make sure it adheres tightly.
